Hertfordshire Police have very strict rules around the way we protect the people who give us information. 

Did you know that no frontline officers are ever informed who the source of information is. (Only the intelligence unit will be able to find out). 

Did you know that we are trained to write our intelligence reports in a way which conceal the identify of a person providing us with information.

When Providing information please consider adding as much detail as possible, ensuring you include number plate, full names, full addresses.
